sure to keep dimensions "in-tolerance" and plot out the
most cost effective steps for manufacturing your product. Designers are "on-the-job" to insure that the lowest manufacturing costs are maintained and that the finished product always remains "in-spec!" It's part of our mission statement to only manufacture exactly what you want, and not something that's just pretty close. We take your specifications seriously and can hold tolerances to ±0.010" |

Sometimes you need a hi-tech material like PCTFE (Poly-chloro-trifluoro-ethylene or Kel-F) a chemically inert, translucent thermoplastic with service temperature ranges from -400 to +400 degrees (F)... but usually, you don't. Midwest plastics has over 20 years of experience, and a wealth of materials on-hand. If we know your application, we can usually direct you to the most cost effective material.
